AutoHub Launches Executive Council and Customer Advisory Board

Company

AutoHub launched two new dealer advisory programs on March 9th and 10th, 2026: the AutoHub Executive Council (EC) and the AutoHub Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Together, these groups form the AutoHub Advisory Administration (AAA) — a structured framework designed to keep dealer partners at the center of AutoHub’s product strategy and business direction.

The two programs serve distinct but complementary purposes. The Executive Council brings together dealer owners, principals, directors of operations, and group executives to shape strategic direction, evaluate business outcomes, and assess AutoHub’s competitive value in their markets. The Customer Advisory Board convenes general managers, used car directors, fixed ops leaders, and BDC managers for hands-on product conversations — focused on day-to-day usability, feature requests, and workflow improvements. Both groups meet quarterly in virtual sessions, with a potential in-person gathering planned for Q1 2027.

Each program follows a deliberate meeting cadence with pre-work sent one week in advance, including product updates, a high-level roadmap, an industry trend report, and the meeting agenda. Pre-meeting surveys are distributed to EC and CAB members ahead of each session to help focus discussion and surface the most pressing topics before the group convenes.

Both councils follow up swiftly after each meeting. Notes, action items, and next steps are delivered to participants the following day, alongside a personal thank-you from AutoHub’s General Manager. Within one week, AutoHub’s product and engineering teams conduct an internal debrief to prioritize feedback and assign owners. Within one month, participants receive a “What We Changed Based on Your Feedback” update — closing the loop and demonstrating that the input shared in these sessions directly shapes the product roadmap.

AutoHub Executive Council (EC)

The Executive Council meets quarterly for 75 minutes and is designed for strategic, business-focused dialogue. The conversation centers on ROI, competitive positioning, and the broader value AutoHub delivers at the organizational level. Initial EC meetings kicked off on March 9, 2026.

EC Meetings Cover 5 Areas:

  • Welcome and Introductions
  • Product Performance Check-In
  • Dealer Focus & Industry Trends
  • Roadmap Review & Feedback
  • Open Discussion, Wrap Up & Next Steps

AutoHub Customer Advisory Board (CAB)

The Customer Advisory Board meets quarterly for 90 minutes and takes a more collaborative, working-session approach. Conversations are product-focused — digging into how the Service Drive tool, Trade-In Widget, and In-Store Appraisal App are performing in practice, what’s working well, and what needs improvement. Initial CAB meetings launched on March 10, 2026.

CAB sessions are structured around the same five agenda blocks as the EC, with discussion tailored to the day-to-day practitioner experience:

Together, the Executive Council and Customer Advisory Board give AutoHub a direct, structured line to the dealers and operators who use the platform every day. Their input will shape not just individual features, but the long-term direction of AutoHub as a product and a partner.
